The 42-acre Hutchinson Metro Center site is one of the largest sites available in New York City for immediate development. The first phase of development, a 460,000-square-foot Class A office building, is 100 percent leased and occupied. The second phase of development, the Towers at Hutchinson Metro Center, consists of two 10-story office towers totaling 520,000 square feet of space. Future plans call for two additional towers, a parking garage and a 400,000-square-foot building. Total development potential for the site is 1.8 million square feet of space.
