The law firm of William A. Gallina, PPLC, signed a 10-year lease for 5,179 square feet on the seventh floor of the Tower One office building at 1250 Waters Place. The broker representing the tenant was Newmark Knight Frank. In another transaction at 1250 Waters Place, the law offices of Richard L. Geller, PC and The W.A.D. Group signed a 10-year lease for 4,055 square feet of space on the seventh floor. In other leases at the Hutchinson Metro Center, Aging in America-Morningside House Nursing Home is leasing 3,000 square feet of office space at 1200 Waters Place. Denham Wolf Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the transaction. Also signing leases at 1200 Waters Place are two engineering companies: EIC Associates, Inc., which leased 2,500 square feet and C.A.C. Industries, Inc, which leased 1,324 square feet. The new leases build on strong leasing activity at the office complex which recently announced transactions totaling approximately 25,000 square feet of medical office space. And in September, the Hutchinson Metro Center announced that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has signed a long-term lease for approximately 20,000 square feet for a New York Field Office of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). The Hutchinson Metro Center is one of the area’s most successful office complexes. The 42-acre complex offers first-class amenities in a suburban-style campus setting with free parking, complimentary shuttle to nearby subway and a convenient location directly off the Hutchinson River Parkway. Tower One features 280,000 square feet of Class A space on nine floors with four floors of covered parking. Space is available for immediate occupancy starting at 1,500 square feet. The first phase of 460,000 square feet – 1200 Waters Place – was fully leased in less than two years.
