The Hutchinson Fitness Center offers a full array of exercise equipment by Gym Source ranging from treadmills, bicycles, cross trainers and free weights. The Hutchinson Fitness Center provides Men and Women Locker Rooms, which in addition to normal restroom facilities provides lockers, showers with shampoo and soap dispensers. Locks and towels will not be provided therefore each member will be responsible for his or her own locks and towels. Membership to the Hutchinson Fitness Center can be acquired at the Management Office.
All members will be issued Access Cards specifically for the Fitness Center use only after a $25.00 refundable deposit payable by cash, check or money order made payable to Hutch Realty Partners LLC. In addition, all members must sign an insurance waiver release form. All memberships must be renewed annually. Applications for membership are available at the management office.

Monday through Friday, 6am to 7pm
Muzak and Dish Network provide the Hutchinson Fitness Center audio and visual services for your listening and viewing pleasure.
Fitness Center Rules
The Hutchinson Fitness Center is for the sole use of our tenants and their employees. Personal trainers, family members, friends and children are NOT allowed. Each and every member must swipe their own access card upon entering the Fitness Center. This is imperative to ensure the security of all our members. Lockers are for use while in Fitness Center ONLY. You must take your locks when you leave the Fitness Center. Locks left after Center closes will be removed and contents emptied.
Please be sure to secure all your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen property. Any items found should be handed in to the Management Office or the Security Desk.. All inquiries should be placed with the Management Office not the Security Desk.
Televisions can ONLY be changed from the management office. If you want the channel/volume to be adjusted please go to the Management Office.
Exercise equipment should not be rearranged even momentarily. Any equipment damage or safety concerns should be reported immediately to the Management Office in order to ensure everyone's safety.
All members must be courteous and respectful to one another and the hours of the Hutchinson Fitness Center. All members must dispose of their own garbage. No food allowed. Proper attire must be worn. Sneakers - No sandals or open shoes.
